India wins the match on a bowl out. They hit thrice and Pakistan missed all their chances and as I said earlier India retain their record of beating Pakistan in all World Cup games. 3-0 India, Sehwag, Utthapa and Harbhajan hit - Arafat and Umar missed
India have nominated Sehwag, Uthappa, Sreesanth, Pathan and Harbhajan. It will be Gul, Tanvir, Arafat, Afridi and Asif for Pakistan.
Pakistan and India have both qualified for the Super Eights.
Pakistan clawed back in the last three overs and the match will now be decided by a bowl out. Each team will nominate five players who will bowl at a set of stumps over 22 yards. Each team will have alternate attempts at hitting the stumps and the team with the most hits wins. it's like a penalty shoot-out in Soccer and going by history India has a chance to retain their record against Pakistan in a World Cup match.
It's a tie and we are going to see bowl outs just like the shoot outs in Soccer. Stay tuned...
Boy, did Agarkar bowl a bad over or what. He is one unpredictable bowler, can take wickets by surprising the batsmen but bowls more than his share of bad deliveries and today he dropped a catch as well. Agarkar gave it away on a silver platter to Pakistan.
What a close finish this game is heading to, India on top after Afridi's wicket.
